We got set up as a dealer for these folks, but failed to do our own research. They came recommended by another shed dealer. I am regretting that I didn’t do some research. I sold a building to one of our customers the last week of November they didn’t get it processed until a couple days before they went on break for the Christmas holiday season which was a two week break here we are February 19 and the carport is still not been installed and we cannot get a definite time or date when they’re going to come install it. They’ve give us nothing but a runaround and excuses we will not sell for this company again and we recommend you do some research before you purchase from them if their customer service is this bad and you have a warranty issue will they ever return to take care of the warranty issue? Your guess is as good as mine.
When they came and set up their displays their crew left trash and screws all over the yard. There are screws missing in our displays. It’s not put together correctly. It actually took quite a while to get them to come put up the right display. They were unable to give us a date or a time for that also, I should’ve known at that point that they were not going to be a very good company to work with. I believe in Customer care and satisfaction. This has really upset me that one of my customers has been treated this way by a company that is dealing with customer service.Just not impressed at all. We will be moving onto another company.
