Worth reading, despite its length, because I want to share my amazing experience working with John based on a factual timeline .

A client of mine was looking to purchase a metal building for his new property, a 30’x60’ structure.
He had selected three companies, and asked me as his GC to have a phone call with each of them and give my opinion who to work with. Elite Metal Buildings was left as the last call.

As soon as I started the conversation with John Shahin, the National Sales Director, while on the phone with him, I texted to my client: “this is your guy, trust me!”

A very professional individual, a type of man that can’t be easily found nowadays, especially in our field, the construction industry.

I would ask John a question, and he would come back with the answer right away on the spot, which tells how prepared he is in what he does, as he didn’t need time to think.
He would give suggestions and always try to help you, and sometimes during that process I would think, “This guy has an amazing work ethics and is not the typical salesman trying to sell me what I don’t need”.
He made every step of the way smooth and easy.

My client scheduled the delivery date with John , but we couldn’t make it to get everything ready on time. We asked John to go against the policy and the paperwork that we knew from the moment we signed that was impossible. He made the impossible possible for us, and didn’t use the famous phrase “I am sorry, but that is against our policy” but he gave us 3 more weeks which we needed so much at the time.

He didn’t finish surprising me here though. After the delivery day, after “everything “ was received, or supposed to have been received, my foreman, who was in charge of checking if anything was missing from two different trailers that arrived in two different days, didn’t check the items properly, and didn’t realize the missing rolling door for the building, which unfortunately didn’t arrived, and nobody noticed. John called, making sure that everything arrived, nothing was missing or was damaged. We confirmed that we received everything. At this point John asked me for the last time, to make sure we have everything, because after this, if we were going to call and complain about anything, he couldn’t do much to help. About a month later, the building was getting almost completely assembled (although the weather did not allow the installation to be completed in time), I finally got on the job site, and what is the first thing that I noticed?! The big rolling door missing! I called my guy and asked if he double and triple checked all the items, he said it never arrived. I was shocked!!!! This was a complete and total incompetence of my people! To be honest, with all the trouble we were having with the town, and the neighbors ….. for the first time I panicked.
After 5 minutes I decided to call John, and let him know what had happened, and his words were: “Eduard give me 5 minutes”.
Called me back in less than 5, and said: “I got you brother, I found your door, and will be shipped tomorrow morning, I promise you”.
Thanks to John, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders.

I have never in my life written such a long review, but this gentleman deserves it, and the people out there who are looking to purchase a metal building need to read it and decide who to choose.
