Factory direct has built several structures for me . Unfortunately with the last one they never came back to finish the job. Mariana in the office can’t tell the truth if the truth was tattooed on her. I wish I could give them less than one star . Beware , once they get paid, they will not come back and complete your job. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !

Please stop and read it might save you from making a huge and costly mistake. I contracted a metal building company in June of 2025. The salesman said how long they had been in business and how professional they were so I felt comfortable giving them a $6000 deposit. I had contacted several companies because the city I live in requires the building match the house after 500 sqft. This meant extra metal studs and stucco siding so many of the companies I talked to couldn't handle the job. The company I contracted gave excuse after excuse as to why I didn't have my building after giving them $19,000 dollars. I am now suing them after waiting 7 months. I contacted Mariana and visited Factory Direct Metal Structures in Orlando and took a tour and saw they did all the structure work there and they had their own crews and just outsourced the doors and windows and roof metal. I contracted them and about 2 months later the building was up. Jeff the owner is very knowledgeable about metal structures and even made improvements to my initial design. I highly recommend them !!!

Highly recommend!!! We had a significant amount of damage due to Hurricane Ian last year, with that being said we have had to work with a lot of contractors and this one was by far the best!! Silvia in the office has so helpful. She responds quickly and updated us throughout the entire process. The installers did a fantastic job!!
