I originally reached out to intercoastal to see if they do barndominium and I was told they do and was referred to Cory. I left him a voicemail and never heard from him. I called again after couple of days and the lady in the office said she’ll have Cory call me. Cory called and said he got my voicemail but forgot to call me back.
On 19/9/25, I emailed Cory on some picture and plan of how we wanted our barndo and he responded that his boss was out of town and will get back with me the following Monday once he review it with his boss. It’s almost a month and I have yet to hear back from Cory or anyone at Intercoastal.
I’m not sure if they’re not able to take on the barndo we wanted or just didn’t want to do the job. What ever the reasons, someone should’ve gotten back with me. I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.

New to the area and were referred to Dustin by the person we bought our property from. Dustin and Corey were awesome to work with. Corey kept us up to speed every step of the way. We wanted some changes and they accommodated us with no issue. We're extremely pleased with the outcome and would choose them again.
