I would like to thank Josh Suarez at Mammoth Metal Structures for the outstanding customer service in the process of ordering my metal garage! He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the building and materials. If he wasn’t sure about any of my questions, he always found the answer for me. He has went above and beyond to meet my budget and also give me what I wanted or needed in the building. So far my experience with Mammoth has been excellent. Waiting for the next phase of the garage being set up, I’m looking forward to that as well! Thanks again Josh!

Looking for a real, trutuful review? Read here!When we decided what building type we wanted to install, I spent MONTHS scouring business after business, review after review. I searched high and low for a company with HONEST reviews that would fit our needs. Working with an out of state company was scary! After seeing a trend of similar complaints for just about all the metal companies, I found mammoth and decided to keep digging on them. They seemed a tad too good to be true. I’m a skeptical person by nature, very type A, and hope high expectations out of companies.
Let’s start with the ordering side of things. I did put thru the wringer! I changed the design a minimum of 20+ times. Each and every time, I was met with a happy willingness to please. They were very quick to respond and helpful in each way. We finally decided to take the plunge and just go for it. Placed the deposit and set the order in motion.
We were then transferred to another dept that would handle the actual ordering and delivery of the building. He was great also, gave us his personal cell to contact when needed and always quick to respond. My only complaint here was being charged $100.00 to have the building plans flipped to the opposite side due to ground work issues. The plans were the original we had started with no it isn’t like they had to redo them.
We were quoted the usual 6-8 weeks delivery time. I found many horror story’s from every other company how they quote the time frame and almost always ends up being 6+months later. Happened to my neighbor also.
Well, much to my surprise, a week after we were told this we received a call informing us the building would be here within 4 days! We were thrilled! My husband did take off work that Monday, however the builders didn’t show. They had mechanical issues and would be here the following day. Our a days pay but it is what it is. The team of young men showed to and busted their A$$ to get this huge building up within 2 days, working late into the evening. They did an amazing job! My husband is a contractor and very picky. He checked their work out and was very pleased. They were very productive and left our property super clean and tidy. I have nothing but good to say about their construction team.
All in all, we made the very best decision going with mammoth. If you’re on the fence like I was, this is the company to go with!!
