Do not buy from this company the house we bought less then 3 years old the roof leaks. Blames their supplier while using screws that are not up to scale for the building. Risk of mold and damaged ceilings.
Since moving in the list follows
Ac fell out of ceiling in barn because it was not even screwed in or on wood that was screwed in. It was floated.
Not one single carport was anchored so during beryl they all flew away and need massive repairs.
The electrical for our seven was not screwed in nor done right.
The shop electrical panel caught fire as it was also not screwed in nor done right with wiring. Plumbing was placed 3 inches under ground so when a tractor drove over it it broke. The standard ia 3 feet!
This is not Profesional company this is some red neck running a company for profit he will only be your friend until your payment has gone through. Then he is just a home owner. People over profit. Claims to be christain too! Very Jesus like taking people money while leaving them with over 50k on repairs on a brand new property build. BTW slander is only slander if it ain't true! I have receipts for all this!
All the screws pop off.
Waste of money cheaply done you will regret buying from them!

Purchased a metal building with Bridget’s help. She showed me different options and how they would affect the cost which was very helpful. She was very professional and made the process go quickly. The installers they hire did a great job. They completed it with the budgeted timeframe and exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!
