Logan has been great to work with. He helped with everything from the building layout and quoting process. He even stayed in close communication daily while I was working with the lender. I can't say enough great words working with Logan.

I am looking forward to the delivery and installation of my building!

Update:
Building has finally been installed and I am not disappointed. The installers worked hard and did a excellent job with this project.

Responding to the owner that says I'm lying about the cost and is deflecting responsibilities.

I never said I was the customer, just what resulted from the carelessness of your delivery team and refusal of your company to correct or take responsibility for said actions as is confirmed by your response.

Regardless if you "were present or not", it is your company and/ or delivery services, whether internal or external, that were responsible.

How does the dirt and asphalt regrow itself naturally? And grass in a rut, maybe in a year or two?
How does the drain culvert unbend itself?

I wasn't even a customer and this is how mine and the neighbors yards and driveway were treated and left after the delivery/ set-up crew had to turn around from leaving the neighbors house on the morning of 3/17/2026. They left without saying a word or even sorry.
I tried contacting someone immediately and multiple times after and all I ended up with were a few text messages from Jeannette, NEVER even one returned phone call! They have ignored my last few messages.
They should have had plenty of room to stay on the asphalt but apparently they didn't care that day, maybe never.
Over $1,000 in repair estimates!
Hope they don't need to turn around on your street as this will be the likely results.

We purchased our NC steel building online and by phone with Ryan from sales. This involved making some changes back and forth, as we fine tuned the drafts to reflect the exact building that we had in mind. Ryan was great to work with and the finished product turned out just as planned. We had a well prepared site and pad completed prior to ordering and shared site photos. We ran into a first attempt delivery snag due to unpredictable weather and our very rural mountain neighborhood but were able to get rescheduled and installed the next week. The crew worked hard and consistently and had the job completed in one long day. It’s only a few days old but this far we are extremely pleased. It’s difficult to review so early in the process but I feel the company has been available, honest and kept very good communication with us through the process. We also have a carport from several years ago from another company that we also are very pleased with but they were unable to match NC Steel Building price by a considerable amount. If our product wears as well and remains as durable and attractive, it will be money well spent. The warranty seems to provide for any future concerns. I’d recommend NC Steel Buildings.
