The process went pretty smooth from the beginning to the end. I always had a direct line of communication with Noa and George. Even when I made close to last minute changes to building they took the time to ensure everything worked out. I used their concrete company as well. They were a very user friendly experience and provided quality at very reasonable prices. Only issue which is weather and manufacturing related was lead time on the building installation. I honestly was frustrated but they helped keep me informed and apologized as much as one could. The installation crew was very detail oriented and exceeded my expectations of how a steel building would be constructed. They cut no corners and honestly wouldn’t have left here if I wasn’t beyond satisfied. Only word of advice is expect some reasonable delays along the way, that honestly nobody has complete control over. And don’t be afraid to build out your building larger with upgrades to help future proof it.

I am very well pleased with this company they were very professional and answered all the questions I had. Quality steel and garage had the best prices around. I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews, however my experience was great! As soon as I left a deposit I was given an installation date and was kept updated on any changes ( they installed my building maybe 3 weeks later than the estimated date due to rain ). I would definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends.

I spent well over a year, planning researching and contacting metal building companies to find one that I felt had the customer service and communication ability to get the job done right. I am extremely detail oriented and wanted to do business with a company that I felt wanted me as a customer and not just the money. After what felt like an eternity of back and forth of me changing my mind and making changes to the plan I finally had a quote that I felt was more than fair and competitive with every other company I had been dealing with. I was a little leery about the possibility of a bait and switch on pricing or a “market pricing adjustment” when we got to the point of final payment. But the pricing was a clear across the board as the rest of their communication. The entire process from first introduction to getting handed the keys to my new building was exceptional. I can’t say enough good things about the way I was treated by Quality Steel Structures and Garages, and while I am aware that the company that actually “assembled” the building was a sub contractor, they too were all I could have asked for! The builders were extremely patient and thorough, and friendly to me when I asked them questions and probably got in their way a little (sorry guys I was excited!😆). We love our new building and I would recommend giving Quality Steel Structures and Garages a chance to earn your business, I don’t think you will be disappointed!😎
