Excellent work and great price. Samuel worked with me on design and help with info on permit. Size 40x14x14. 12 ft roll up door that is easy to raise a right size for a rv. One door reversed to in to open inside. Installment crew was great. No issues on ventilation.
Perfect for a 28 ft class c with extra room.

Our building was installed in late November. The issues we continue to have is with the walk through door. Looking at it, you can see that it is not level. It doesn’t close and latch properly. They sent someone to “fix” it in March, by then the original door was completely sprung from the wind catching it. This repair was sub standard because they still didn’t address the fact that it’s not level. They are aware of our dissatisfaction, but, don’t care. Consequently to everyone who stops by for a recommendation, l tell them of our experience.

Buyers beware! This company promises everything you want to hear. I ordered a 30’x40’x14′ high steel building. First they redesigned the building between the time I ordered and delivery and I was Not informed. Yes, the redesign is for the better, but it caused for my under slab plumbing to be off by 2.5″. When they finally scheduled the installation crew they sent a crew that was not prepared to complete the install. I had to lend them my generator so they can run their tools and charge packs. The installation crew showed up in flip flops, and a day after the scheduled arrival date. Excuses up, down, left, and right. They were supposed to complete the work in 3 days it took them 4 days because instead of 4 to 5 guys showing up, there was only 3. During the installation the guy running a belt saw broke the belt and they did not have cash in order to pay for incidental. I volunteered to go out and buy one he asked me if I could buy one and he would reimburse before they left. They almost left without paying me back.
A few days after they left, one of the overhead doors began to give me issues. It took SB&S a month to send a crew to fix all the deficiencies. Now, last night we had a big storm and now I have 3 leaks coming from under my windows. So I called and they said that the workmanship warranty was only good for 180 days. This is BS, they send twiddle Dee Twiddle dumb to do the install and perform shaby work at that and now I have leaky windows and I’m a few days from drywalling the office inside the steel building and no repairs in sight. I Do Not and Will Never recommend this company. I have to pay for something that was not installed properly the first time around, unfortunately it does not rain here too often to find these leaks earlier.

I was very skeptical because of all the negative reviews. BUT I have had a WONDERFUL experience with this company. They met their timeline. It was at the end of the timeline, but nonetheless they met it. The few minor issues I did have when I let them know they had someone out to address those issues in a very reasonable time. The guys cleaned up after they worked and left the trash in a nice neat pile. As some people have said sometimes they can take a little longer to call you back or email you back, but I have never had them not respond. I’m sure they are very busy but for anyone who is skeptical because of the negative reviews, I highly recommend Steel Buildings and structures inc!

Steel Buildings and Structures Inc. is hands-down the worst, most incompetent, most infuriating company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
They didn’t just send bad installers — they subcontracted my job to a crew that showed up drinking, sloppy, and totally unprofessional, turning my project into a liability nightmare from the second they arrived.
They scratched my building, damaged my doors, trashed my property, and ruined my brand-new driveway with mud, oil, and whatever else they dragged in.
And when it came time to fix what they destroyed?
They vanished. Completely. No responses, no accountability, no shame.
This company operates like they’ve never heard of professionalism, quality work, or basic human responsibility.
If you value your money, your property, or your sanity, stay as far away from this company as possible
