GI regret buying their product. The garage itself is fine. The doors however.... are useless. It's been several months and I still can barely open and close my doors. My fingers and knuckles have no skin remaining. I can't count the times I've cut myself trying to use the latches. They don't close all the way. They're all crooked. When I called, emailed, and texted them to get this fixed, it took days to get a response. Then it was weeks to get a "repair crew" back to the house. I specifically asked for different people but the same guys showed up. No English, weed vapes, and bad attitudes. I was told all 3 doors were faulty. A few phone calls and adjustments were made. All good I was told. They are not all good. At this point I threw my hands up and told them to leave. Called back to the office and was told I would be contacted to schedule another repair attempt. It's been exactly a month and not a word. This company simply does not stand behind their work. The warranty is useless. The service is absolutely terrible. Edited to prove that I called and have now attached the screenshot of my 19 minute call made on May 18th.
***edit** July 11th. After posting this review I received a call and text regarding my repairs. They seemed eager to help. That was June 23rd. Silence since that day. I will keep this updated when (if) anything happens.
