Armstrong Steel Buildings

This is more about the customer service experience side of Armstrong. Nicole did a great job working with me on what I was considering for shop and explaining the type of structure they produce. She provided a quick response on pricing, cad design, and a 3d model. I cannot rate the buildings as I eventually did not purchase a building.

building went together incredibly well, 30x50 15 feet tall and not one single slotted bolt hole to make things fit. Didn't assemble for over a year after delivery but still impressed the city inspector upon the fial

We ultimately didn’t move forward because the project cost was higher than our budget, but I still wanted to leave a review for Agent London. He was excellent throughout the process—patient, confident, informative, and consistently respectful. He stayed in touch and followed up without ever being pushy, which I really appreciated. Even though we didn’t move ahead, his professionalism and customer service stood out. I would absolutely recommend speaking with him if you’re considering a project with Armstrong Steel.
