GSo requested a quote, filled out all the info, just to have their sales rep, John, call and ask me to repeat all the info for the quote. I said what’s the point of the online form if you don’t retain any of the info. Suddenly he had the info and knew what size building and location, but hung up in my face. So then I called the sales manager, Lauren, who said she didn’t know about the issue I just had. But then said two minutes later that she had listened to the call and was aware. Which is it? So then she pulls the “there’s a lot of scams out there and we’re the best steel builder in the nation”. I’ll argue that if your sales reps treat customers like this. Fast forward to today, John calls me AGAIN but forgot who I was, I called him out. I said “you hung up in my face and ran to your sales manager before I could file a complaint.” He was shocked and said Lauren would make sure I’d get the quote. She was supposed to email the quote two days ago and never did. I told John to just take me out of the system because I have quotes for four other companies already and didn’t have this back and forth to get it. Just now, I get a call from Jonah, and he has no idea of the previous interactions. I updated him saying I’m not interested because of the back and forth, and please take me off your list. He hung up in my face. So. Don’t go with this company. If the customer service is this bad, I imagine all communications or warranty issues will be worse. I blocked their numbers so they’ll stop calling. Go with a different company. I put two stars because Google usually deletes one star reviews. Really, this is a one star review.
